Privacy policy

This site uses no cookies. For anonymous visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data. We also anonymously record the words searched on the site (no IP address or other details), to improve our content.

What we collect. When you buy a product we ship ourselves, Stripe processes the payment and passes us your name, email, delivery address and phone number, only to fulfil the order. We never see or store card details. When you email or message us, we keep the conversation to answer you.

Legal basis. Performance of a contract (orders) and legitimate interest (answering questions). Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Partner links. When you click through to a partner store, that store's privacy policy applies.

Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data. Write to info@wellness.spot. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
